or call Avis Emergency Road Service at 1-800-354-2847 for assistance.
All accidents involving bodily injury must be reported to the local police
department where the accident occurred. The driver is required to complete
and file an Avis accident report. In addition, the driver must complete
and file any accident reports required by local or state authorities.

the car number, car description and license plate number. Please have

Avis vehicles may not be operated on non-paved roads.

Kentucky has a mandatory seat belt law.
Avis encourages all drivers and passengers to always wear their seat belts.

Van Seat Removal
Seats may be removed upon request and must only be removed by Avis prior
to the start of your rental. A nominal fee will be charged for this service.
